Minister Aretha Pearce

Minister Aretha Pearce, the youngest of 17 siblings, was born to the esteemed Reverend Dr. Jim Pearce Sr. and Prophetess Jannie Pearce, who were both 42 years old at the time of her birth. They had already devoted 20 years to pastoring. Minister Aretha considers herself deeply privileged and honored to have been raised by such profoundly anointed and gifted servants of God, who were not only her first pastors but also laid the strong biblical foundation that guides her life today.

Minister Aretha dedicated her life to the Lord from a young age, but fully committed to Him as her Savior and Lord at the age of 18. Despite facing numerous trials, she has never wavered in her commitment or desire to pursue Him. Her journey has taken her from England to various parts of the United States due to her family's military travels, during which she served alongside many principled Apostles, Bishops, and Kingdom-focused men and women of God. Her extensive ministry background encompasses a wide range of roles, including Minister of Music/Choir, Youth Director, Sunday School Teacher, Worship Leader, and involvement in Women’s and Prophetic Ministries. She has also coordinated and hosted pastoral celebrations, prophetic conferences, youth gatherings, and other church events.

Since 2012, she has been the Founder and CEO of APS Ministries, which is dedicated to ministering to The Whole Man—Spirit, Soul, and Body. The mission of APSM is to aid in healing and equipping the Body of Christ to fulfill its complete purpose, thereby making a powerful impact on the Kingdom of God on earth. Minister Aretha coordinates, facilitates, sings, and speaks at APSM's Empowerment Conferences, Women’s Retreats, Seminars, and Prayer Breakfasts. She is renowned for her Gospel Straight Talk events, where the Word of God prevails in every conversation.

For 25 years, Minister Aretha served with unwavering dedication in various capacities under her former Pastor, Bishop Dr. Voltaire Pearce Sr. at Abiding Presence Intl Ministries. In late 2023, she was called by God to commit fully to APS Ministries to spread the gospel through a community-focused approach. She now serves under the leadership of Apostles Dr Billy and Dr Cynthia Thompson at Jesus People Proclaim in Deerfield, FL.

Her academic achievements include an Associate and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, as well as a Master’s in Public Administration. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Pastoral Christian Family Counseling. Minister Aretha's greatest love, dedication, and delight rest in the Lord, as she aims to leave a legacy of the gifts and impartations that God has entrusted to her, striving to one day hear Him proclaim, ‘Well done, thy good and faithful servant; come hither and receive your reward.’
