Minister Aretha Pearce

MINISTER ARETHA PEARCE

Minister Aretha Pearce is the youngest of 17 children, 15 living, born to the late Reverend Dr. Jim Pearce Sr. and Prophetess Jannie Pearce, both age 42 at her birth and who had already pastored for 20 years. She is blessed and honored to be reared by such powerfully anointed and gifted servant warriors of God, who were her first pastors and laid the strong biblical foundation that she walks in today. Minister Aretha gave her life to the Lord as a young girl but fully surrendered to Him as Savior and Lord at 18. Though she’s come through many trials, there was never a desire to turn back or halt her pursuit of Him. From England and throughout the US, due to military travels, she has served under and with many principled Apostles, Bishops, and Kingdom-centered men and women of God. Her ministry background includes a myriad of positions and functions, including Minister of Music/Choir, Youth Director, Sunday School Teacher, Worship Leader, Women’s and Prophetic Ministry. She also coordinated and hosted pastoral celebrations, prophetic conferences, youth, and other church events.

She is Founder and CEO of APS Ministries since 2014, which focuses on ministry to The Whole Man - Spirit, Soul, & Body. APSM’s mission is to help heal and equip the Body of Christ to accomplish its full purpose, which will powerfully impact the Kingdom of God in the earth. Minister Aretha also coordinates, facilitates, sings, and speaks at APSM's Empowerment Conferences, Women’s Retreats, Seminars, and Prayer Breakfasts. She is known for her Gospel Straight Talk events, where the word of God rules in the conversation room. For 25 years, Minister Aretha faithfully and diligently served numerous roles under her former Pastor, Dr. Voltaire Pearce Sr. of Abiding Presence Intl Ministries. In late 2023, God launched her full-time with APS Ministries to spread the gospel using a community format. She now serves under the umbrella of Apostles Billy and Cynthia Thompson of Jesus People Proclaim in Deerfield, FL.

Her education consists of an Associate and Bachelor’s degree in Business, and a Master’s in Public Administration. She is now pursuing her Doctorate in Pastoral Christian Family Counseling. Her great love, dedication, and delight is in the Lord as she seeks to leave the earth emptied of the impartations and many gifts which God placed within her for His glory, looking to hear Him say, ‘Well done, thy good and faithful servant; come hither and receive your reward’.

Prophet Inger Hanna

PASTOR INGER HANNA

Pastor Inger Hanna personifies a living and yielded instrument. She’s been masterfully designed by God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ, consistently tuned by the Holy Spirit. The harmonies in the sound of her life tell a story centered around a repeated “nevertheless.” Before embracing her call as an intercessor, prophet, and shepherd, Pastor Inger’s journey in ministry started with worship. She has served as a worship leader for more than 30 years. She has also served as an administrator, worship and arts pastor, youth pastor, and young adult pastor. Currently, Pastor Inger serves alongside her husband, king, and best friend, Raymond Hanna, Jr., pastoring The Pour: The Place of Unrestricted Release.

An ordained minister, Stellar-nominated gospel recording artist, thought provoker, and purpose pusher, Pastor Inger lives to please her heavenly Father and add more people to the family of God. Beyond her relationship with God, her family is what she treasures the most. Her children—Bryana Chanel, Nathan Joshua, and Jordan Asher—are her greatest source of pride.

Pastor Inger often says, “If it’s not good yet, God’s not done.” In a world where far too many have allowed the challenges of life to distort their view of God, she is determined to infuse every space and exchange she encounters with a hope that rests in a foundational truth—God is good. And as a yielded instrument, she offers every component of who she is—every gift, skill, and expression—to make this invitation—taste and see that the Lord is good!

Elder Ronda Ferguson-Lewis

Biography: Rhonda Rene’ Ferguson-Lewis

Rhonda Rene’ Ferguson-Lewis is a dynamic prophetic teacher, sought-after empowerment specialist, transformational leader, and inspirational speaker. Known for her revolutionary thinking and unwavering faith, she is widely recognized as a catalyst for change who bridges the spiritual with the practical, championing the belief that "your work is your worship."

Ministry & Marketplace Leadership:
Ordained as an Elder in 1988 and later consecrated as a Reverend, Pastor, Prophet, and Teacher, Rhonda’s ministry journey spans more than 30 years. In 2012, she transitioned from traditional church ministry to a broader Kingdom Assignment as a Marketplace Minister. This bold move led to the founding of The Winning Image, LLC, where she established herself as "The Uncommon Mentor".

Her life’s mission is to expand the Kingdom of God by reaching, connecting, instructing, empowering, coaching, mentoring, counseling, teaching, and discipling others. With over 40 years in a personal relationship with God, 30+ years in ministry leadership, 25+ years in government, training, and business, and 20+ years as an entrepreneur, she has ministered locally, nationally, and internationally.

Rhonda has had the honor of collaborating with religious and civil leaders, high school and collegiate programs, churches, ministries, families, couples, men, and residents in diverse communities. She works and prays to instill the character and integrity of God in every life she touches. Through teaching, coaching, counseling, mentoring and speaking, she keeps the Great Commission at the forefront—empowering others through service, team building, growth opportunities, and discipleship.

Current Assignment:
After years of serving solely in the marketplace, Rhonda has re-entered active religious service under the leadership of Pastor Xavier L. Jones at Transformation Church Miami, where she serves as an Executive Leader of nine team ministries. Operating under the umbrella of Discipleship and Christian Education, she has also been entrusted as the lead instructor of the School of Transformation as she is currently preparing a 17-member Ministers in Training (MIT) Program for graduation and ordination. In this role, she is passionately involved in growing,
maturing, and discipling those called to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their Kingdom Assignments.

Rhonda still remains faithful to her call in the marketplace, as she is requested to:
